The Tradition of Air-Dried Beef
Air-drying is one of the oldest and most natural ways to preserve meat. In Inner Mongolia, we use traditional methods that have been passed down for generations. The result? Beef jerky with rich flavor, firm texture, and no artificial additives.
Our process begins with selecting only the finest cuts of grass-fed beef. The meat is then sliced and marinated with simple, natural ingredients like sea salt and spices. After marination, the beef strips are hung in the open air, where the natural wind and low humidity of the grasslands slowly dry the meat, locking in its natural flavor.
